I believe that one of the most powerful gifts we can receive is the chance to be truly seen, heard, and supported. My path into counseling has been shaped by both my education and my personal journey. Living with a visual impairment has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of leaning into challenges with courage. Along the way, I have walked through grief and seasons of uncertainty, and those experiences have deepened my compassion for others facing their own struggles.

As a counselor, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, challenges, and hopes for the future. I understand how overwhelming life transitions, grief, and emotional pain can feel—and I also know that healing and growth are possible. My role is to walk alongside you, offering empathy, encouragement, and practical tools that can help you move toward greater self-acceptance, resilience, and peace.

Whether you are navigating grief, adjusting to change, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you discover your strengths, reclaim hope, and take meaningful steps forward.
