My style as a therapist can be described as friendly, warm, empathetic, and supportive. I am committed to helping you find a path towards reaching your goals, listening without judgment, leading with kindness, respect, and dignity. I believe effective counseling takes a holistic approach and addresses personal growth and spiritual well-being. My education at CBU has equipped me with the unique skills to address mental health from a Christian perspective and provides me with a deep understanding of how spiritual beliefs can significantly enhance psychological healing. The ability to incorporate prayer, scripture, and spiritual disciplines into therapeutic practices offers a profound source of support and strength for those navigating life’s challenges. If you wish, it would be my pleasure to offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your faith, values, and beliefs, helping you align your life with your spiritual journey.

Note: Trainee’s and associates receive master’s degrees from accredited universities that meet the State’s Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements. Your therapist will collaborate with you on if and how much Christian Theology you want associated with your counseling experience.
